Frequently Asked Questions

Accessibility - Entrances, restrooms, water fountains, concessions and seating are fully accessible. Wheelchair accessible seating is available throughout the facility. Accessible seats are sold on a first come first served basis and are available through all ticket sales avenues.

Cameras, Video Cameras and Recording Devices - Professional lens cameras, video recorders and other recording devices are prohibited by many events. Most events will allow disposable cameras. For specific details call the Arena offices about the event to be attended.

Alcoholic Beverages - No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the premises. Oklahoma State Laws prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21. Customer must present a photo ID for proof of age to order alcoholic beverages. Persons are encouraged to drink responsibly. The Arena reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol. Beer sales will be suspended ½ hour to 45 minutes before the end of the performance. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to leave the Arena.

Box Office Hours - The box office is open weekdays from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. On event days, including weekends, the ticket office is open from 9:00 AM through intermission of the event. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.

Will Call – Will call tickets may be claimed during all box office hours. Patrons need to bring their confirmation number, a photo ID and the credit card used to complete the purchase to claim tickets. Tickets can be left at the ticket office by a third party (such as a friend) for will call at one’s own risk. Verification with a photo ID will be requested but not required for a third party will call.

Guest Relations – Guest Relations is located at the West Ticket office concourse window to obtain information, resolve any issues, purchase tickets to future events and be added to Arena notification lists.

Pets – Dogs and other pets are not allowed inside the Arena, except for service animals.

Re-Entry – Patrons are not allowed to exit the Arena and then re-enter except for rare circumstances. Before exiting, patron needs to check with staff about re-entry.

Smoking - Lazy E Arena is a smoke free facility. Designated smoking areas are located at the exit doors located on either end of concourse.

Ticket Resale & Scalping - To avoid problems with fraudulent or misrepresented tickets the Arena does not allow the re-sale or give-away of tickets on the premises. Patrons should always purchase tickets through the box office or TicketMaster.

Prohibited Items - Prohibited Items include Alcohol, illegal substances, audio/video recording devices, cans, bottles, coolers, laser pointers, noise makers, outside food or drink, oversized bags, backpacks, pepper spray, weapons, or any item security feels may endanger other patrons. Large handbags are subject to inspection before or after entry.

Patron Conduct - Patrons must be properly attired with shoes and shirt. Patrons are expected to allow others around them to enjoy the performance. Persons acting in a disruptive manner, using abusive or foul language may be ejected and/or arrested.

Lost & Found - Guest Relations, located at the West ticket office, will accept found items throughout the performance. Patrons can call the Arena Administrative offices after the event for lost items.
